The notarization has to be carried out in a given order:
First: go to a district court. Pay 16 Euro for a single signature notarization. Pay 51 euro for three signature notarization.
Second: go to the civil court (for example the Viennese civil court). Pay 12 Euro for the supplementary certification.
Third: go to the Ministry for Foreign Affairs. Pay 16.40 Euro for the supplementary certification of the supplementary certification.
At Last: go to the foreign embassy/consulate (in this case: the Chinese consulate) to pay for the Chinese certification of the supplementary certification of the supplementary certification. TO get the speed-up stamp pay double the price. As simple as that ...

Did i ever mention, i hate Mondays ? Not because they are Mondays, but because Mondays are mostly related to confusing, weird, peculiar new tasks brought to me, which i mostly dislike a great deal.
The problem that follows: those Monday tasks stays for the rest of the week..

Monks were not allowed to drink alcohol, to have a/more wife/wives and to possess any thing materialistic. Living outside the temple was a no go.
Now:
Nowadays, Monks have a career based on the capitalistic ideals.
They are allowed to have possessions, to marry, to have children. They are allowed to live outside the walls of the temple.
Even more, monks do use advertisements and marketing strategies to get more customers ...
Before:
The temple, a place to find peace, to pray, to wish and to become.
Now:
Today, a temple is a place to pay, to buy, to donate and to eat.
It is funny and sad at the same time.
Religion - a road to success and wealth.

Dancing and brushing teeth...
Today, I realized again that lady gaga's pokerface is a perfect song to dance with. I realized also that dancing while brushing one's teeth is not useful. It can end up with having toothpaste all over your tidy cloth. In my case I had to change my shirt right afterwards..because like 5 white spots on a brown shirt is like wearing a modern art.

The fact to live with a tortoise for the rest of one's life remembered me of a marriage. Beside the travelling part ( yes your husband can take care of himself when you are away. Well at least I believe, some can ! ), all the other obligations in a marriage are almost the same. Enjoy the good days and survive the bad days. Or the more likely trend of nowadays, enjoy the good days and get divorced in the bad days. You can do the same with a turtle: Enjoy the good days and sell him/her for the bad days ?
The question arises: Why not marry a tortoise and buy a man instead ?

Today, I thought about the fact that a water mini-tortoise can and will live 40 - 80 years. If you buy a tortoise, you should make your mind to live with your tortoise until the rest of your life. News: about 20 fish babies born !!
A few days ago, i bought 3 ballon mollys. And today morning, i found like 20 new fish babies in the aquarium. really sweet lil fishies!!

A few minutes ago, I had a rather unique encounter with a person. This person was loud, yelling, ritious. Actually, this person was a woman of 52 years, shortcut and dyed blond hair, with many wrinkles. One cannot say that she is beautiful, the right word has to be ugly in this case. This mentally insane women was a very confident person. She was yelling for free food and free cigarettes in the loudest voice, her vocal cords could provide her with. She was confident, oh yes. She told everyone that smoking is not making her skin older. Then she presented a proud catwalk a few steps to and fro, yelling: look how beautiful i am! I am from Styria. Anyway, she was a disturbance for the people around her. That is for sure. She was such an annoyance that the police was called.
Minutes flies, more Minutes flies.. After nearly half an hour, two policemen showed up and took her.
This experience disturbs me. It confuses me. It is so senseless. Her life is so senseless.. What is now going to happen with her ?
