04/11: bureaucracy stupidity

The notarization of a document which is intended to be executed in a foreign country such a China, needs to be notarized.
The notarization has to be carried out in a given order:
First: go to a district court. Pay 16 Euro for a single signature notarization. Pay 51 euro for three signature notarization.
Second: go to the civil court (for example the Viennese civil court). Pay 12 Euro for the supplementary certification.
Third: go to the Ministry for Foreign Affairs. Pay 16.40 Euro for the supplementary certification of the supplementary certification.
At Last: go to the foreign embassy/consulate (in this case: the Chinese consulate) to pay for the Chinese certification of the supplementary certification of the supplementary certification. TO get the speed-up stamp pay double the price. As simple as that ...

It gets most funny if you decide to marry somebody from China or Vietnam as a citizen of a Western country. The beaurocracy alone costs about 7000€
